Awaken and mobilize your bodies, connecting yourselves to the beautiful natural surrounding. Focusing on the breath and combining elements from yoga, pilates and floor barre techniques, we aim to strengthen the core, eliminate unnecessary tension and improve body posture.
Adjusting all exercises according to individual
needs, we increase muscle flexibility and spine mobility and we enjoy the advantages of physical exercise on our body and spirit.
